What is Goatlete Carpool?
Goatlete Carpool is a platform designed to help parents, coaches, and team managers coordinate transportation for youth sports teams. It allows users to create and join carpools (caravans) for games, practices, and tournaments.
How do I create a caravan?
To create a caravan, navigate to the Caravans section and click on "Create New Caravan." Fill in the required information such as departure location, destination, departure time, and the number of available seats. Once created, other users can join your caravan.
How do I join a caravan?
You can browse available caravans in the Caravans section. When you find one that matches your needs, click on it to view details and then click the "Join Caravan" button. The driver will receive a notification of your request.
Is there a cost to use Goatlete Carpool?
Goatlete Carpool is currently free to use. We believe in making youth sports transportation coordination as accessible as possible for all families.
How does the waitlist work?
If a caravan is full, you can still request to join and will be placed on a waitlist. If a spot becomes available, waitlisted passengers will be automatically moved up based on their position in the queue.
